Theism

Theism is the set of beliefs shared by religions that view The Old Testament as a scripture from God: Christianity, Judaism and Islam.  Reality consists of two distinct realms: material and spiritual.

God exists in both realms simultaneously at all times.  Humans exist in the material world in mortal flesh until the time of death.    At the moment of death life in the spirit world will begin.

In the theistic worldview values are based on what is written in the scripture as right or wrong, good or bad.  Human nature is also considered good or bad depending on their actions right or wrong.

God is Truth.   His truth can be seen in the way He created the universe eg the laws of nature and science.
