Who Can Refer to the HEAL Clinic?
Fraser Valley health care providers,
police and law enforcement agencies,
the Ministry for Children and Families
and First Nations child welfare agencies.
If you are a friend or relative and are
worried about the safety of a child,
you can take the first step and contact
your local Ministry for Children and Family
Development Office.
If you are a teacher and suspect
that a child is at risk for harm, contact the local
Ministry of Children and Families office and
their office may refer to the H.E.A.L. Team.
