What to Expect:
  • Be well hydrated (drink at least 1L of water prior to class)
  • Arrive on an empty stomach
  • Prepare to be challenged
  • Be dedicated to the 90 minutes and be open to the experience
What to Bring:
  • Yoga Mat
  • Towels
  • Bottled water
  • Wear clothing that you will be comfortable sweating in
During Class:
  • It is common to feel dizzy and nauseous
  • if you feel dizzy or nauseous, sit or lie down, but try and stay in the room. Rejoin when you are ready.

After Class:
  • Keep well hydrated. You may need to replace your electrolytes lost through sweating during class(e.g., drink sport drinks)
  • Listen to you body
