We will be providing information about nutrition and support as well. This information is for you and you may take anything with you and apply it to your lifestyle hoping that you are empowered to prevent metabolic diseases such as diabetes.

Kristie Burns and Shardae Joy are third year nursing students in the BSN program at Kwantlen University College. We have created this webpage as an assignment for our nursing inquiry course. We feel it is important to use new methods of inquiry to spread the word about diabetes into the cyber world. Understanding that most medical textbooks, pamphlets and webpage’s are difficult to understand we have created a webpage with basic knowledge about three types of diabetes, and their treatments and much more. We hope that you find our information helpful and again if you have any further questions please contact a health care professional, do not just assume. Thank you for visiting our webpage
